Measure your finger before ordering. The submitted guide recommends using the Ring Sizer app, placing a well-fitting ring on the phone screen circle, and adjusting the circle to match the inner edge. You can also wrap paper or string around your finger, mark the overlap, and measure the length in millimeters. Wear the sensor side on the palm side of your finger, keep Bluetooth on, then pair the HR03 inside the QRing app.
